Our vision is clear: a Christ-centered Philippines through soul winning and planting of independent Baptist churches in the 41,995 barangays (the smallest political unit into which cities and municipalities in the Philippines are divided). We envision the Philippines to become a major launching pad of missionaries to reach neighboring Asian countries. We believe that the Philippines, being a nation without any history of aggression against its neighbors, will play a vital role in evangelizing the southeast Asian region.

     It is estimated that, an average of one person die every three  seconds. If this is true, then millions of souls slip into eternity every  year! The question is, how many of them have heard the Gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ alone? Despite the rapid rate of death, the population of the world continues to grow. Six out of 10 people on earth is an Asian.  More than 60 Asian countries are within the 10/40 window. This is a vast area where more than three billion Asians have not yet heard of name of Jesus-not even once! Multitudes of Asians die faster than we can count. But more than twice as many are born at the same time.  The world, including Asians, need Jesus Christ as Savior more than ever. This is the burden of the men and women of the Independent Baptist Mission for Asians.
