Our missionaries are born again, separated Christians who have a real love for souls and know that God has called them into His service. We seek national missionaries who are in agreement with the doctrinal position, purposes, practices and policies of IBMA. Missionary candidates must have a working knowledge of the Bible. Age limits and scholastic standings need not disqualify candidates. All our missionaries must attend and complete the IBMA Missionary Candidate School and have sufficient training for their field of service.
We follow a high standard of character among our missionaries. Our 10-Point Character Check aims to help them live a life that is consistent with the calling of God. It is never an easy life to be a missionary. We recognize the fact that a fully surrendered missionary life is the most challenging position any Christian would take. Thus, we humbly trust the Lord to lead, guide and direct.
